Thetford BV offers the end users of its products a three-year warranty. In the event of a malfunction within the warranty period, Thetford will replace or repair the product. In this situation, replacement labor and replacement costs for defective components or the cost of parts will be borne by Thetford.
Accessory labor costs are not covered under warranty.
To make a claim under this warranty, the user must take the product to an authorized Thetford service center. There they will evaluate the claim. Components replaced during warranty repair will become the property of Thetford. This guarantee will not act against the current legislation of consumer protection. This warranty is not valid in the case of products used for commercial purposes. When there is no authorized Service Center in the country where you are located, you must contact Thetford offices for any other external service. In these cases, Thetford service will determine whether to repair or exchange the product and whether it assumes the costs they represent. If these steps are not followed, Thetford reserves the right to reject the warranty claim and related costs.
