DELIVERY OF ORDERS:


Delivery Address:

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the user. In this way, the provider assumes no responsibility for when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the delivery company, assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the addressee.

The delivery time of the order will be during normal working hours.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Provider has taken the measures required of a diligent trader to ensure that the delivery can be made within the agreed time, for which reason no liability whatsoever can be attributed to the Provider.

The delivery address provided by the client can be changed within 30 minutes at the Customer Service Department on +34 680 28 58 48, as soon as you receive the email confirming your order, by the transport company and always during business hours.

EUROTETE, S.L. will put all the means within its reach so that your order is delivered within the term that appears in our web on the date of emission of the order confirmation.

Delivery times:

They correspond to those set out in each product's data sheet. In the case of products that are not available at the time of purchase, our Customer Service can provide you with information on availability and a delivery time.

Confirmation of delivery:

At the time of delivery of the order to our carrier we will send you confirmation of shipment to the email address you provided when placing the order. In the shipping confirmation we will indicate the corresponding tracking number so that you can track the shipment through our carrier's website.

24 hour deliveries have two delivery attempts and on the third delivery it is deposited in a parcel shop.

Orders of 72 hours have only one delivery attempt, if there is no one at home it is deposited in a parcel shop.
