Warranty and returns (RMA)

1) Right of withdrawal

The User has 14 calendar days, counted from the date of the product, for the return of the same (art. 71 Law 3/2014, of March 27). If you are not satisfied with the product or any of the products in your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, but you must communicate it within the PANEL of Eurotete.

(I don't want the product)

- You must indicate the product you want to return and the reason for its return.

- We will assign a return NUMBER to you to write on the outside of the package.

- Attach together in material with the copy of the invoice inside.

Shipping costs will be assumed by you as a user. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Returns will not be accepted after the 14 days deadline. You must return the product in perfect condition without damage or wear marks of any kind, and that does not denote improper use with its original packaging. As long as the products are returned within 14 calendar days, without any damage or wear marks and complying with the requirements established in this section, with the return number that we will have provided, we will refund the total amount of the purchase. Important: If the packaging of your return is in poor condition with labels on it, annotations written with name or address on the box or handling of the packaging will not be accepted or you may have a penalty of 6 - 10 euros minimum.

Returns are NOT accepted without carrier service. Mail shipments are not accepted since the packages do not arrive correctly and can be lost.

 

2) CUSTOM ORDER RETURN

Orders for items ordered for you have NO return option.

 

3) Return of orders with FREE SHIPPING

The orders that have been sent with free transport in case of return of any of the purchased products must be received freight prepaid to our address.

 

4) Return of SALE products by the meter

Orders for articles CUT by meters (thread, fabric, tube, hose, etc ...) have NO return option.

 

5) Return of DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

You must inform EUROTETE of the nonconformity of the defective product within a maximum period of two months in writing within the PANEL or by email to info@eurotete.com with the order number and reason for the return.

In the event that the product is defective in origin, you must return the product with a number that we will have assigned to paste outside the box or package and with a copy of the invoice inside and send to the address that we will provide.

Remember that the product must be delivered in perfect condition and with its original packaging. Once the defective product is received in compliance with these requirements, we will send the product to our distributor so that they can check if it is a factory defect and we will contact you to manage the repair, replacement, reduction or resolution of the contract.

In this case, the derived expenses will be borne by Eurotete.

Attention: if it has been an error in the electronic connection or similar causes, we will cancel this return and you will lose the shipping costs.

 

6) Return of NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

When the product received and analyzed by our the distributor informs us that it has NO factory defect and its return has been motivated by ignorance or misuse, we will contact you to indicate the steps to follow for the recovery of the product if you wish. .

The shipping costs derived from the return of a product that does NOT present flaw or defect, will be borne by the customer.

If the return is damaged due to misuse or poor protection during shipping, it may void the Warranty or cause a decrease in the value of the product.

 

7) ERROR return of the received product

When the product does not correspond to the order, due to an error attributable to EUROTETE, the user must communicate it by phone or email as soon as possible.

EUROTETE will pay for the 2 shipments (shipping to return to our warehouse and shipping with the purchased product according to your invoice reference).

We will bear the costs of collecting the product sent in error and the shipping costs with the corresponding delivery of the product that you have made in your order.
