Required if the fireplace is mounted under a window. When the window is opened, the boiler turns off, when it is closed, it starts again. Suitable for control units from 05/2002.

For automatic device shutdown, a window switch is additionally required if the fireplace is installed under a window that can be opened or next to a distance of up to 30 cm (corresponds to EN 1949).
