More commonly known as a sensitive voltage (or detection) split charge relay, this unit will automatically connect your starter and leisure batteries when a charging voltage is detected and will be disconnected automatically when it detects the distance voltage drop when the engine is off. This isolates batteries when they are not charging for what your starting battery not can be drained by its internal circuits.
